Return Policy

If you are not entirely happy with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt, unless your order is for a ‘made to order’ product. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or, at our option, a refund (less postage costs) provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.

Please take extra care to read our Product Care Information as we cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged in the wash.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. To return any products to us, please contact us to make arrangements

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
